I would make 77kg at competition (if I ever compete again!) but probably 79kg or thereabouts at moment.

Yes Cathal thats exactly what I meant, rounded shoulders and elbows migrating South. Could do better says the weightlifting school report card!

345lb of bumper plates in the gym, its my goal until my bionic shoulder replacement arrives.

Pete 77kg 340lb (~154.2kg) clean Monday 18th February 08

Guys all had to max out at hang cleans tonight so there was a good atmosphere. Sean got it on his camera but started it a little late so I have it from the top of the pull. BW is about 79.5 kg which is Ok for training weight but means it is strictly not double bodyweight yet.

(Never knew the guys were filming this or putting on to youtube)

Think the pull is OK but after seeing clip I am not too happy with the racking of the bar.

Will hopefully post a clip some time soon from tonights session which is even better (except there was a knee touch). Really good atmosphere in the gym tonight. New clean and new front squat PB.

Kev, Billy sent me some info today. Don Coates clean and jerked 170 at 83kg in his day so we have some distance to go to get even close to him.

Pete 77kg 345lb (~156.489 kg) clean Thursday 21st February 08

This absolutely buried me and there was an elbow touch on RHS. Need to get this sorted as it is starting to happen more often. All the guys gathered around for the lift so I had to make it!

Pete clean and jerking 325lbs on 31st Jul 2008. We play music in the gym so revver gets in a bit of a tizzy about copyright infringement.
