I guess 14 weeks of that should be enough to bring it up , thank you again : )

Im in the same boat as you too Mike, with a 50kg minimum difference between back and front squat.
Incidently do you also, like me, find your obliques sore the day after heavy front squats?

Squat clean 145
Bench 180
Military press 125

Just started really havent tried most of the lifts you have been talking about. I just started getting into front squats and snatches. I have bad form but i am making pretty good improvements on a daily basis.

Squat Snatch 60 kg
Power Clean 80 kg

Sorry Guys never mentioned bodyweight

i train between 62 and 64 kg and compete at 62kg

Hope to be in the 56kg class for Champs in Cork 0ctober 08 so if any of you have any advice that you think might help i would greatly appreciate it.
