Goals for '10: To sort my shoulder issues out, and become competent in the lifts.

THE BEST THING IS GET 2 HERCS CLUB IN LUGAN ST D1. EVEN JUST 2 LOOK FOR A DAY OR 2 AND PICK UP SOME TIPS. BEST OF LUCK..

Shane. I train with my brother from time to time. He lives in Maheravealy[south fermanagh]. I train in Strabane. Maybe we could organise a training session together soon. I must warn you that we are both Masters lifters and could collapse any day. Sad

Cheers for that. I trained in Hercs some of last year, but didn't rejoin this year, as I hoped I could train with the DCU weightlifting club. I may have to reconsider if we don't get funding soon.

@Brendan
Thanks a lot for the offer Brendan. Maheravealy is close, so I'm sure I'll take you up on that at some stage. If i'm still lifting as a master I'll be happy Laughing
