Goals for 07: get fit and start lifting properly for a change
Last comp: EU U23 last week.... that was hillarious
started training with weights when i was playing rugby about 8 years ago, was told i made a better weightlifter than a rugby player, which isnt really saying much, but still after the bumps n bruises had healed i was on my way. So i started training and competing roughly 3 years ago, and i've never looked back. Love the sport and the people. Taking up a sport is one of the best decisions you could make, so if you are still on the fence, why not give it a go. if you dont like it you can always stop, but who knows you may just surprise yourself.
What more is there to say appart from see you at the gym......
