This article refutes many of the common arguments against youth weightlifting. It's well referenced and written by a scientist.

Hi,

I came across two good websites for information:

http://www.qwa.org/parents/content.asp
http://www.lsus.edu/weightlifting/Papers%20Presented2.htm

Both of which use research to back up claims.
