Hey All,

I've been deadlifting and squating for just under a year and I've only recently gotten interested in the o-lifts. I found this forum and look forward to finding out as much as I can about the lifts.

I'm 81-84 kgs, born 1987 and 180.6 cm tall my lifts are:
Code:
Deadlift:--------------1RM 165 kgs  02/08/08
Full Back Squat:-------3RM 97.5 kgs 03/12/07
Full Front Squat:------5RM 85 kgs   16/07/08
Full Overhead Squat:---6RM 50 kgs   11/07/08
Power clean:-----------5RM 75 kgs   14/07/08
Power clean and Jerk:--2RM 70 kgs   26/08/08
Power snatch:----------5RM 40 kgs   20/01/08

On all my squats I only count a rep if my calves touch against my hamstrings.

I'm still training. And I've started posting my workouts on weightlifting exchange:

You should come over and compete sometime. In the meantime post some videos in our media section and we can help try and critique your lifting.

Cheers,

Pete

I'll bring my Camera the next training session. I'm only going to be in the UK until July and then I'll be heading back to Ireland.

I'll probably be in Dublin, though the details are not yet finalised.

Once I'm back to Ireland I'll definitely compete.
