Brendan lifted in my house few weeks ago. He is a very good lifter and you ought to see his cleans. Those goals he posted I am certain he will smash by a mile.

Back to 86kg bodyweight. I wonder would 94kg class be suitable for 5'11" lifter. I am finding that my squat training is making my weight go up naturally. Sean -have you devised a programme yet? and when are you going to start proper. Did 97.5 clean and almost 100kg but did it with a sore back. I need to be very careful. I have decided to drop the deadlift exercises. Still planning to compete in Nov because my jerk technique is still bad.

Maybe when the kids grow up I will get more time to train. As for now I do what I can. See you soon. Its low resistence + high intensity=less injury+better technique=more enjoyment. Gotta go, someone is crying!
