I regret to inform you all that Sami did 150kg 5RM BS and looked too easy. The bar could be set a 160kg very soon. I am unfortunately going backwards in my squatting. Its not feeling too good at the minute but its all im doing so sometimes its hard to get motivated.

PS If anyone has any bars/discs/shoes/racks/cages for sale let me know as Golift has now got a gym. Cheers

Lets hear about the improvments?
I am going backward a little in the sqautting. Doingit none stop so legs are tight and trunk is wrecked. Rest and flexibility is needed. Not quite sure if I could even do 130 5RM at the moment.
Golift gym will be opening this weekend, so everyone come up to County Armagh and get your name on the record board. Check out Golift for updates in the next week.

Ging all I can say is that is hilarious and the squat was good too. I got 130kg so got to give 136kg a go now. Good sn and cj scores too.

G from Golift got 160kg 5RM. The standard has been set. Unfortunately I didn't see them but im sure it was painful.

Golift Gym is in a big shed between Portadown and Armagh. We have built a basic platform, 2 squat racks and loads of weights which we are adding to. Everyone welcome but not all at once.

James: 127.5kg Back Squat for 5
Neil: 160kg Back Squat for 5

We'll see if this increases in the next week

This brings the guys up north to the following improvements

Me from 153-160 with an increase of 7kg
Trevor Just the 1 attempt at 133kg
