Brendan we got about 6 guys in the gym all on 100kg 5RM and most of them are doing hatch squat program. Its all about the improvment. I did 3x6 at 130kg last night and just feel like I am starting to technically squat better. Keep up the good work.

Brendan
Look up mikesgym.com and on the programs like it will be on there. It is good for your standard athlete needing toup their strength but not so specific for weightlifting as the reps are high at the start and the DOMS is shocking. Have a look and see what you think.

Good to see all the lads are still buzzing from the weekend with Brendan, Barry and Sami doing some great lifting past few days. Brendan up to 105 with a 110 not too far away. What you think of the Hatch Squat program. May be better to start somewhere around week 8?

started into more conditioning this week hope to build that 5RM up in time for the finish, who knows, me and pete may just have a good wee comp going on, that or he'll just blow me out of the water.

Eithers good though Wink
