I would suggest this is for people lifting for at least a year and have their lifting techniques fairly well honed and also are capable of a reasonably intense training schedule (5 days a week).

I have provided the link below as it is in an excel sheet format and has been designed so when you input your max lifts at the top of the sheet your target weights for each training day are automatically calculated. This programme is from the Mike Gym's website which has a lot of useful information from some top coaches. From correspondence with Mike he suggests doing 5 days a week.
